NovaTork Wi-Fi Torque System

Torque wrenches with Wi-Fi, color display and scanner that communicate with a control center. Every tightening is recorded in real time, parameters are sent from the computer and a tool can be locked remotely: torque traceability with no cables on the line.

Real-time monitoring and traceable tightening

The system brings together three pieces: smart torque wrenches with Wi-Fi, transmitters that turn preset torque wrenches into tools that count tightenings, and the server software that receives and stores all the line's data.

What the control center does

  • Monitors up to 24 torque wrenches working at the same time
  • Sets each tool's parameters from the computer, in both directions
  • Remotely locks a tool when the process requires it
  • Stores data in the wrench if communication is lost and uploads it on reconnection
  • Receives in real time the codes read by the wrench scanner, together with each tightening's data

Wi-Fi Torque Wrenches and Counting System

Six smart torque wrenches from 1 to 6,000 N·m that report every tightening over Wi-Fi to a control center for up to 24 tools, and three transmitters that turn preset torque wrenches into tools that count tightenings.
