More Torque with Less Operator Effort

In an impulse wrench, a hydraulic oil mechanism turns the motor's rotation into short impulses and absorbs the reaction torque before it reaches the operator. Yokota combines it with brushless battery and electric motors: high torque with no hoses or compressed air. TMG distributes Yokota, the Japanese reference manufacturer in impulse tools.

How does an impulse wrench work?

  • The brushless motor accelerates an impulse mechanism filled with hydraulic oil
  • Impulses reach the spindle in short, controlled bursts
  • Reaction is absorbed by the mechanism, not the operator's wrist
