Who is responsible for your data
TMG Torque & Maintenance Group S.A. de C.V. ("TMG"), located at Calle Cedros #105, Colonia Lomas de Santa Cruz, Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Personal data we collect
When you contact us through the forms on this site, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company, job title and plant or facility location
- Products or services of interest and the content of your message
We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes, needed to handle your request:
- Answering your inquiries and information requests
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Providing technical support, calibration, maintenance and other contracted services
- Meeting obligations arising from the business relationship
Secondary purposes, not needed to handle your request:
- Sending you information about TMG products, services, promotions and news
If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, let us know at any time at angelacuna@tmgtorque.com. Declining will not affect how we handle your request.
Transfers and service providers
TMG does not sell or rent your personal data. To run this site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:
- Formspree (United States): receives the messages sent through the site's forms and forwards them to us by email
- Hostinger: website hosting provider
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to contact us that way
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States): statistical measurement of site visits
We may also share your data with the brands we distribute when needed to handle a quote, warranty or technical support request, and with authorities when required by law.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it if it is inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed for the purposes described, and Object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw any consent you have given us.

- Your full name and a way to send you our answer
- An official ID, or proof of your legal representative's authority
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise
We will respond within 20 business days of receiving your request.
