One torque, one station, zero accidental changes
On a production line each station always tightens to the same value. An adjustable wrench with a visible scale invites someone to move it; a preset torque wrench stays mechanically locked, and only quality or maintenance can change it with the adjusting tool.
Three mechanisms for each application
- Click (PC / PCH): when the torque is reached you feel and hear a "click". ±4% clockwise accuracy, from 20% to 100% of capacity.
- Slip (SL): when the torque is reached the mechanism slips and prevents over-tightening. ±6% accuracy.
- Break-over (BWM / TEC): the head bends when the value is reached, ideal at low torques where a click is barely audible. ±6% accuracy.
Tightening count with a transmitter
PC/PCH torque wrenches accept the DC-00TX(QC) transmitter, which sends a signal on every click to count tightenings or enable the next step of the station. If you need the wireless version, see the Wi-Fi torque system.
