Digital accuracy and a record of every tightening
An electronic torque wrench measures the applied torque with a sensor and shows it in real time. Unlike a mechanical wrench, the operator sees the exact value, gets a visual and audible alarm at the target, and the tool can store the result for quality control.
Common functions across NovaTork series
- Accuracy of ±2% clockwise and ±3% counterclockwise, from 10% to 100% of capacity
- High-resolution digital display with backlight for low-light areas
- Audible and visual alarm when the target torque is reached
- Automatic zero reset in continuous operation
- Peak and Track modes, with peak hold
- Battery indicator and auto power-off after 2 minutes of inactivity
When does an electronic torque wrench make sense?
When you need evidence of the tightening (audits, PPAP, customer claims), when the specification includes angle of rotation, or when the same tool is used at several torque values during a shift. For a single fixed value on the line, a preset torque wrench is usually more economical.
