Full-Cycle Automated Assembly
A Danikor automated tightening module closes the automation loop that begins with the screw feeder. The feeder orients and supplies the fastener; the module receives it, positions it at the tightening point and executes the torque-controlled cycle — all without operator intervention.
Universal Series — Three module variants
- Blow Screw Module: The fastener is pneumatically transported through a flexible tube from the feeder to the tool nozzle. High cycle speed with minimal mechanical contact — ideal for M1.6–M10 screws in mass assembly
- Vacuum Module: Fastener retention at the nozzle by vacuum. No air pressure on the workpiece — suitable for sensitive surfaces and micro screws M1–M6
- Pick-up Module: Mechanical pick-up of the fastener from the feeder and direct positioning. Maximum repeatable positioning accuracy for high-density assembly
Available torque ranges
- Lightweight: 12 Nm — M1.6–M6 screws, automotive electronics, instrumentation
- Regular: 35 Nm — M2–M10 screws, body panels, appliances, structural modules
Nozzle types
The Universal Series supports three nozzle configurations: Normal (Straight Nozzle) for direct access, Swivel Arm Nozzle for angled or laterally obstructed fasteners, and Swivel Mouthpiece Nozzle for difficult-access angled positions.
